Blues Underground의 95년   데뷔앨범에 수록된 곡이다. 이들은 델타 블루스, 멤피스 소울등 유명한 클래식블루스를 리메이크 해왔으며. 데뷔앨범 역시 이들의   블루스 다시 부르기가 들어있다. (모두15곡중 10곡이 리메이크)   아칸사스 출신인 Roy Jones의 소울풍한 보컬은 감각적이며   모든 악기를 우선해 모든 곡에서 완벽한 조율을 담당하는 역할을 할 정도로   매끈하고 부드럽다. 모든악기들이 존스의 보컬을   잘 받쳐주고 있다는 표현이 더 정확할 것이다. 보컬 존슨의 목소리는 클래식 블루스에   새로운 생명을 불어넣고 있으며, 그 대표적인 경우가 St James Infirmary... 지금 나오는 이 곡이다.    미국 성 제임스 병원에서 사랑하는 여인을 하늘나라로 떠나 보낸후 아프고 슬픈마음을 구구절절 노래한 곡이라고 하죠 신께 다시 돌려 보내달라고... 절대로 떠나보낼 수 없다고... 애원하고 흐느끼는...,,,,,,,,,,
